It can feel disheartening to not see visible progress after a week or two. In this group you’ll learn how to lift for Gainz in muscle tone, fat loss, shape, symmetry, strength, mobility and overall fitness so it won’t be long until you get compliments, feel your clothes getting looser and notice changes in strength & performance. This is a results-driven group.
We’ll coach you what to do and how to do it so you no longer feel overwhelmed by the the labyrinth of machines and seemingly endless exercise options. Once you get our structured gym programme you will sky rocket your progress, learn new skills and gain new levels of confidence.
Our schedule puts exercise on your calendar so you commit to working out on specific days so soon enough, those gym sessions will feel like a habit and you won’t be sitting there waiting for
motivation to strike. You’ll also have other people to think about – and if you start slacking then you’re accountable to them as well as just yourself and your personal trainer which helps with
exercise adherence.
Maximise Gainz training programmes are designed by Fit Pro Gregg Winfield-Jowitt and delivered by our incredible coaches Jemma and Faye. They’ll get to know your fitness level or experience with and will gladly modify the movements so or let you know good times to ‘rest and observe’ to catch your breath so you don’t feel like you have keep up.
Bottom line: it’s ok to not be the strongest, fittest person in the gym. We welcome all abilities to this group and all that matters is that you want to learn and have a desire to progress. Jemma and Faye have the experience, creativity and astuteness to adapt exercises, adjust the weight and modify the total number of exercises or sets for each exercise in your workout as necessary. Likewise they’ll encourage more experienced lifters to challenge their perception of what is
possible.
Let’s face it, working out with others is always going to be more fun than working out on your own! Our low number of 6-12 creates an exciting and intimate atmosphere. You are more motivated to push yourself harder in your training with others around you. If the other people training with you are getting on with their workout it will drive you to do the same. It’s fantastic to share your workout experience with other people, it helps you build a connection because you are going through the process together. You don’t feel like you’re going on your journey alone, and you have other people to push you through. This camaraderie will help people socialise even beyond the confines of a gym.
Training sessions are approximately one hour long.
You have access to all the sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Most often members do three sessions per week, one session Monday, one session on Wednesday and one session on Friday at either 6:00am, 9.15am or 6pm (5.30pm Friday) on each respective day. You can do more than one session per day.

Yes you can do any combination of times, for example you could do
- Monday 6:00am
- Wednesday 9:15am
- Friday 5:30am
You are not bound by specific time. You have the freedom to drop into any group.
£5.80 per session if you did all 12 PT session in one month. Total cost is therefore £69.50 per month.
Maximize Gainz Group PT is a Flex Membership so that means it is no-contract monthly rolling. You can cancel at any time a month and free your space to someone else.
Yes you also get standard membership benefits so you can use the gym at anytime within our opening hours and join all the other classes we have at Gainz Fit
